Stickers for Schools, Clubs and Boosters
School orders are small, specific and paid for out of somebody's carefully counted budget. We built the minimum around exactly that: ten stickers is a real order here, and there is no setup fee waiting to eat the difference.
Minimum order: 10 stickers or $10. Whichever one you reach first. Ten small stickers qualify even if they total less than ten dollars, and one larger sticker qualifies on value alone.
What schools order
Six jobs a school sticker does
Different groups, same product, usually a very specific headcount.
Mascot and spirit
The mascot, the letter, the year. Die-cut means the mascot comes back as the mascot instead of a rectangle with the mascot in the middle of it.
Clubs and activities
Robotics, drama, debate, band, chess, environmental club, student government. Every one of them has a design and a membership list, and the membership list is usually under thirty people.
Fundraisers
Stickers are one of the few fundraising items where the cost per unit is low enough that the margin is real. Order a run, sell them at a game or a concert, and reorder if they move.
Athletics and boosters
Helmet stickers, bottle stickers, team logos, senior night designs and sponsor recognition. Order enough for the roster and the coaching staff, not for a warehouse.
Classroom and reward
Reading program rewards, behavior charts, achievement stickers with your own art on them rather than whatever the catalogue sells.
Departments and staff
Laptops, classroom doors, staff room, custodial and facilities equipment, library and media center. Small quantities, specific designs.
Student artwork
Printing something a student drew
This comes up constantly and it is worth a section of its own.
Hand-drawn art can print beautifully, but it has to get into the computer properly first. A scan at 300 dpi or higher is much better than a phone photograph, because a scan is flat, evenly lit and square to the page.
If you have to photograph it, lay the drawing flat, use daylight rather than a flash, shoot straight down rather than at an angle, and fill the frame with the drawing.
Paper is never actually white, so a scan usually carries a grey or cream background. You can strip that in the browser when you order, and we look at the result during artwork review before anything is printed.
One line drawing, one sticker
A thin pencil line that looks confident on paper can disappear at two inches. If the design is mostly fine pencil work, consider having the student go over it in a dark marker before it is scanned, or order a slightly larger sticker.
The cut path follows the outline of the artwork, so a drawing with a lot of spindly detail around its edge will be smoothed where the blade cannot follow it. Adding a border is the easy fix, and the border is free.

Built for the size of order schools actually place
Most printers treat a run of twenty as a nuisance. It is a normal Tuesday here.
Ten is a real order
Minimum order: 10 stickers or $10. A club with twelve members can order twelve stickers. That is the whole point, and it is why a lot of school orders end up here.
No setup fee to absorb
There is no die charge, no plate fee and no per-color fee, which is usually the line item that kills a small school order at a traditional printer. What you see in the configurator is the cost.
A price you can put on a form
The configurator shows the total before you pay, so you can screenshot it, put it in front of whoever signs off, and come back and order the same thing at the same price.
Somebody checks the art
School artwork is often a student design, a scan, or a logo somebody pulled off the district website. Artwork review means we look at it before it prints and tell you if it will not hold up.
Questions
School ordering questions
Yes, and it is one of our favorite kinds of order. Scan it as high resolution as your scanner allows, or photograph it flat in good light. If it is drawn on paper, expect the paper background to come through, which is exactly the kind of thing the background removal tool and our artwork review are for.
You need to have the right to use the artwork you upload, and that is on you rather than on us. Many mascots are licensed from a college or a professional team and cannot be reproduced without permission. If the design is your own or your district's, you are fine.

Orders placed on this site are paid by card at checkout. If your district requires a purchase order, use the quote form or call and we will work out how to handle it rather than pretending the website does something it does not.
Start small. The price per sticker falls as the quantity rises, so there is a pull toward ordering a lot, but an unsold box of stickers is worse value than a slightly higher unit price on a run that sells out. Order a hundred, see how they go, and reorder. Anything up to 500 prices instantly online.
Production time is confirmed after we review your artwork. Put the date in the order notes and we will tell you whether it is workable before we print. Choosing pickup in Huntington instead of shipping takes the carrier out of the timeline, which helps when the date is fixed.
