For business
Logo Stickers for Long Island Businesses
A sticker is one of the few things on a marketing budget that people voluntarily keep and put somewhere visible. Put your mark on the van, the packaging, the counter and the toolbox, in whatever quantity you actually need this month.
Minimum order: 10 stickers or $10.
Where they go
Six places a business sticker earns its keep
One logo file, several sizes, one order.
Storefront and counter
Window stickers with your mark, hours-adjacent signage, stickers by the register for customers to take. A clean die-cut logo reads better on glass than a rectangle with a white edge around it.
Vans, trailers and equipment
A logo sticker on both doors and the tailgate is about the simplest form of vehicle signage there is. The same file scaled down works on tool chests, ladders, generators and job boxes.
Packaging and mailers
A die-cut sticker sealing a box or a poly mailer turns plain packaging into something with your name on it. Size it to your most common box and order a run that matches a month of shipments.
Trade shows and events
Something to hand over that is not a business card. People keep stickers, and a kept sticker puts your mark on somebody's laptop instead of in their recycling.
Products and merchandise
If you make something, a sticker can go on it, in the box with it, or on the shelf next to it. Small runs let you test a design before you commit to it.
Crew and internal
Hard hats, lockers, water bottles, laptops and cases. Orders sized to headcount are exactly the kind of run that other printers will not take.
Sizing
What size should a business order?
This is the question we get asked most, so here is a plain answer.
Two to three inches is the general-purpose size. It fits a laptop lid, a water bottle, a toolbox and a mailer, and it is big enough that a wordmark stays readable.
Four to six inches is what you want on a van door, a trailer or a piece of equipment that has to be identified from across a yard.
One to two inches suits product packaging, jars, lids and anything where the sticker is a detail rather than the message.
You do not have to choose one. Order the same logo at two sizes as two lines on the same order, and each is priced at its own size and quantity.
A note on how logos behave when they shrink
A lot of company marks have a tagline or a registered symbol set in small type. At six inches that reads fine. At one inch it becomes a grey smudge, and no printing process fixes that.
If you are ordering a small size, consider sending the stacked or icon-only version of your mark if you have one. If you are not sure, send the file and mention the size in the notes, and artwork review will tell you before it prints.
Artwork GuidelinesWhy here
What a small business actually needs from a printer
Predictable pricing, no minimum you have to grow into, and somebody who checks the file.
No setup fee, ever
There is no die charge, no plate fee, no per-color fee and no artwork fee on this site. A three-color logo costs the same to print as a one-color one, and your second order costs the same as your first.
Reorder without renegotiating
The price is a function of size, quantity and finish, and it is published in the configurator. You can work out next quarter's cost yourself without emailing anyone for a number.
A person checks the file
Artwork review is included on every order, which matters most when the mark being printed is the one on your invoices. If the file will not hold up at the size you asked for, we say so before it prints.
Order the quantity you need
Minimum order: 10 stickers or $10, and anything up to 500 prices instantly. You are not being pushed into a thousand pieces to unlock a price.
Questions
Business ordering questions
Whatever your designer gave you, ideally the vector version: AI, EPS, SVG or a vector PDF. Those scale to any size with no loss, so one file covers a one-inch sticker and a six-inch one. If all you have is the PNG off your website, send it and we will tell you during review whether it holds up at the size you want.
We keep the original file you uploaded with the order, so a reorder starts from the same artwork rather than from a new upload that might be a different version. Mention the previous order number when you reorder and we will match it.
Contact us before you order at orders@longislandstickers.com or 631-458-3842 and we will tell you what we need from you. Do not just place the order and ask afterwards, it is easier to handle up front.
Online orders are paid at checkout by card. For a larger recurring arrangement, use the quote form or call and we will talk about it properly rather than guessing on a web page.
Production time is confirmed after we review your artwork. If you are working to a date, say so in the order notes and we will tell you whether it is workable before anything goes to press.
